On the occasion of the new year’s reception of Flux 50, the membership organization that is helping Flanders to gain recognition as a Smart Energy Region by facilitating cross-sector collaboration between energy, IT and building companies, I was invited to talk about complex project management. Together with the public we explored depleted stone quarries in the occupied territories of Palestine, theories of change, the Cynefin framework and some of Bruce Mau’s principles for massive change.
