Is a shift ongoing in adult education? Do we want there to be a shift? If so, a shift away from what? And towards what? This talk embraced the innovative projects that various partnerships and consortia are developing: new ways of teaching, hybrid lessons, and clearer job orientation. Together with the public, we explored the role of education in creating meaningful jobs for people, aligned with their ambitions, talents, and dreams.
