Finding the right words can be challenging, whether in personal conversations or professional collaborations. Meaning is everywhere, but articulating it clearly can often feel awkward. When we struggle to express ourselves, we limit our impact. Speaking Bug bridges that gap. We help you deliver your message effectively and facilitate conversations that spark genuine connections.
Change is constant. We collaborate to ensure change is driven by inspiration, not desperation.
Intergenerational connection, confidence, inclusion, authenticity, conversation, dialogue, food for thought and tools for action: a selection of collaborations.
Projects thrive on co-creation, trust, fun, meaning, eagerness, awe, direct communication and pronoia (the belief that the universe conspires in our favour).
Speaking Bug was born from the realization that while we live in a world overflowing with meaning, companies, agencies, institutions, and individuals often lose touch with the underlying reason for their actions. Consequently, we frequently get caught up in the ‘how’ without adequately addressing the fundamental question of ‘why’. This leads to a decline in support, resilience, and adaptability.
Speaking Bug envisions a world where:
- Change is driven by inspiration.
- Attention aligns with intention.
- Informed, conscious choices challenge the status quo.
- Everyone contributes to a better world from a place of authenticity.
- Purpose and values are elevated to a conscious level, guiding impactful actions.
To contribute to its vision, the following principles guide all actions at Speaking Bug:
PRONOIA – The belief that the universe conspires in our favor.
FORM FOLLOWS FUNCTION – Methods and forms are tailored and always subordinate to content.
SPEED WITH STEADINESS – Collaborations, co-creations, and facilitations are driven by passion and enthusiasm but never rushed.
GENEROSITY – Methods, knowledge, and inspiration are never withheld and always shared.
THE POWER OF TOGETHERNESS – Whenever possible, we reach out to the ecosystem to collaborate on tasks, refer to others, etc.
SUSTAINABILITY – We commit to sustainable practices: printing minimally, using public transport where possible, and prioritizing second-hand resources.
TRANSPARENCY – Honesty is paramount: we are open about decisions, pricing, concerns, and do communicate transparently.
Speaking Bug serves and collaborates with individuals and companies that aspire to create a better world—one that is more inclusive, just, sustainable, equal, fair, and caring. Togehter we seek ways to generate impact through inspiration, authenticity and connection.
By empowering business leaders, individuals, entrepreneurs, schools, social economy initiatives, social-cultural organizations, and students, Speaking Bug creates sustainable impact that continues to grow, fostering empowerment.
Through the (co-)production of podcasts, delivering keynotes, hosting events, enhancing pitching skills, copywriting, and mediation in social and labor relations, Speaking Bug bridges the gap between‘how’ and ‘why’.

Speaking Bug is the fruit of energy and love that was experienced in working on services and projects that fell just about in the fringes of Artemis’ responsibilities as project lead inclusion & innovation, policy officer on poverty and welfare, and development and communication consultant. Experiencing the alignment of attention and intention within these assignments, Artemis acknowledged it be about time to create proper space in her head, heart and schedule, and thus Speaking Bug was born.
Living up to the ‘power of togetherness’ as one of the core values of Speaking Bug, Artemis’ services are often offered in cooperation with esteemed partners.
